Protein supplements

Post by Admin on Fri Sep 16, 2016 11:56 am

I buy mine online form #myprotein.com, just as well they often have a sale on as sometimes a 1kg bag of protein powder can cost up to £16 , plus the postage! that's for flavoured stuff though, which is a bit more expensive than the plain , bland stuff.

Sticky toffee pudding, braw! Razz

I'll buy it when it's on sale at around £11 , drop a post in if you get a good deal on protein supplements, a one kg pack does me a while, I don't go mad on it and it's not like I'm in my twenties anymore, lol, ken.

Some supplements offer little benefit though, especially if your eating habits aren't too good, but you can never go wrong with protein supplements.

11 pounds? They seem affordable. Do they help you? Personally, the only supplements I take are vitamins bought from the local drug store.

I just mean when the powder is at the price of £15/16 for a one kg bag plus postage I grudge it Ala as a bag the same size can be found in shops for a tenner , but not in the flavour I like, so I prefer to wait until online supplier has it on sale at around £11 , as still need to pay postage.
